We have lots of people who move Trusts during maternity leave, and if you start work again either for a new employer or return to your existing employer, then your maternity leave (and pay) would end. Found out its 12 months in the NHS (not the trust) for the NHS contractual mat pay and 26 weeks in the same trust for SMP, but as i won't qualify for SMP i can clain maternity allowance which is the same just claimed through jpob centre.
